This is a 1-bedroom lockout unit with its own private entrance, allowing you to enjoy your space independently. There is a kitchenette in the room that includes a mini-fridge and counter for preparing small meals. This unit is ideal for the traveling nomad who wants access to the beach and a place to rest their head. It has full access to the main pool and the beach. The building is beachfront as shown in the photos. Please note that reaching our property and accessing the beach involves traveling unpaved roads. During the rain season roads are more complicated to drive through. We suggest to drive with caution and slowly. This is characteristic of Tulum's infrastructure and should be factored into your travel plans.
