Aluxe was great and responded with in minutes. Our first airbnb we booked had a lot of issues and we ended up needing to find a new place pretty late at night and very last minute. Aluxe was helpful and got us checked in their place very quickly. Highly recommend!

Aluxe’s was absolutely standout throughout this entire process, he has a team in place to onboard new guests, which made getting in simple and stress free. Aluxe’s attention to detail and phenomenal customer service made this experience one to remember. My guests & I were a last minute booking, & we needed a chef to prepare a meal for us, as well as transportation to the property & back to our resort. Aluxe & his team were on top of things from start to finish, the chef immediately contacted us to determine what our food allergies were and quickly presented a menu for us to approve. When we arrived to the home, we were met by property manager Isabella. She was welcoming & showed us around the home making us all feel confident with property that we rented. If there is a formula for being a power host in a beautiful property. Aluxe definitely has the blueprint. If i had to complain about anything it would be that there aren’t 10 stars to give. So I have to settle for 5.
