I had a great stay at this property! The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, which made for a stress-free arrival. The house itself was very nice—clean, well-kept, and exactly as described in the listing. It had a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to settle in right away. Communication with the host was excellent. They were quick to respond to any questions I had, which I really appreciated. It’s clear that they care about making their guests feel comfortable and supported throughout their stay. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant, easy, and reliable stay. I’d definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious and beautifully located home in Tulum. The area was perfect—safe, family-friendly, and close to local markets, charming coffee shops, and everything we needed. The house itself was large and comfortable, with cozy beds and the added convenience of a washer and dryer. A highlight was the saltwater pool—gentle on the skin and perfect for my girls. Manuel, the security guard, was incredibly attentive and kind, always ready to help. Our taxi driver, Rene, was equally fantastic—reliable, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the area. This home was not only affordable but truly exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely return!

I ENJOYED MY STAY! The property was in a safe and secure location! The PRICE is very WORTH it! The moment we walked through the door: the unit was CLEAN, the birthday decorations we ordered exceeded expectations, the Jacuzzi was the HIGHLIGHT of our stay. The unit was stocked with ALL WE NEEDED! The bed was comfy and clean! It looks just like the pictures. The staff was very attentive and responded to all of our needs and questions! They helped me in the BEST way possible! They organized transportation to and from the airport which made our transition smoothed. They made our birthday very smoothed and nice! The community and staff at the property were very welcoming and friendly! I WILL most definitely will stay here AGAIN! I visit Tulum a lot and did not know this property existed! There are stores and restaurants nearby and Taxis arrive within minutes!

This place was actually amazing! The entire home was beautiful from the beautiful pool, the hammock, the sunked couches, everything! The highlight of my whole trip was the Airbnb. I loved coming back after day excursions and relaxing before heading to dinner. Never cared to even go check out night life because the vibe at the home was a vibe! I’ve had so many people already ask where it was so they can stay there next! It was super safe, there were taxi’s right outside during the day so you could get transportation fast! They recommended us a private chef we used for the last day & they were always speedy with communication! Man, if I could truly stay here again I will definitely be back!

Quiet, private villa in Valeta, an emerging fun neighborhood in Tulum with lots of nice restaurants and hangout spots. We love the large outdoor pool and courtyard. The hosts and security guards were helpful and responsive. Be aware that the roads in front of the property are very bumpy, so rent a SUV if you can. The electricity went out for an afternoon but was fixed by night.

Home away from home. Idk where to begin - property, host, management and home all at its best. Our stay has been one of the best and can truly say it matches all descriptions. The beds are very comfortable, living area very spacious, the kitchen fully equipped and bathroom very beautiful. Our home made us feel so comfortable that we did not want to leave, we did our groceries and enjoyed breakfast comfortably. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone traveling in a group of 4 or more (there’s a sofa bed). Enough space for all including kids: my niece fell in love with the loft bed room and kicked us out. lol. Everything about this home is beautiful, the paths to your room is surrounded by nature. The pool is largely refreshing and just a few min drive from the beach. We are looking forward to booking this home for our next trip and with a bigger crowd. 5 stars to this beautiful home and I 1000% recommend this home to anyone visiting tulum. Do not hesitate just book !

Desde que llegué, supe que este Airbnb iba a ser una gran elección. El departamento es enorme para ser solo para dos personas, y eso lo hace todavía más cómodo. Todo está impecable, la limpieza, la decoración, los detalles. Cada rincón transmite cuidado y buen gusto. Se siente como llegar a un lugar pensado para descansar y estar a gusto, sin ruido ni molestias. Lo que más me sorprendió fue lo atento que fue JARZ. Desde el primer momento estuvo al pendiente, incluso pasó por mí, lo cual no cualquiera hace. Se nota que realmente le importa que te sientas bien y que tengas una buena experiencia. El lugar tiene muchísimas amenidades, espacios amplios, buena infraestructura y está ubicado en una zona tranquila, con fácil acceso a todo pero sin el caos del turismo. Ideal si lo que buscas es relajarte, desconectarte un poco y disfrutar en pareja o solo. Sin duda lo recomendaría, y claro que volvería.

Such an amazing place to stay! Came here for my birthday with family and had the BEST time. The villa was cozy, safe, and clean. The host is so responsive and so nice. 5/5 overall!! Will definitely be coming back :)

Pictures on this listing do not do this property justice at all! We arrived early and the host was very responsive and accommodating. Also helped carry our bags to the villa with no hesitation. We were delighted to find such a modern and clean space right near where we wanted to be. It was the perfect central location for people who want to enjoy downtown tulum as well as the beach strip. As far as transportation, the security guard was such a big help and called us a taxi at any time we needed and made sure we were okay and safe when returning to Villa late at night. It was the perfect place for us to stay and such a great value. We will definitely be booking again very soon. Thank you again to such amazing hosts!
